Harvest
Those who plant in tears will harvest with shouts of joy.
They weep as they go to plant their seed, but they sing as they return with the harvest.

First, that is a great picture; I wish I had taken it, so simple so profound.
Second, "plant in tears" implies personal grief for the lost, that is a real challenge as often I don't think that way, I'm to busy playing church.
Third, pray that my "harvest" will yell "shouts of joy".
to borrow a lyric from Sixpence...
"the harvester is near... his blade is on your skin... to cut a new beginning... so let the cut begin."
