The Dawn of Spring?
Two straight days with temps in the 50s.
Is the dawn of Spring upon us?
My plan was to draw some sort of spiritual connection to the dawning of this new season, but instead, I'm going to ask you to take the next 5 minutes and sit in silence. Use that time to listen for the spiritual connection that God would have you make to your own life. And whether its a very simple or earth shattering response that you recieve, consider sharing that with us in the comments. Have a beautiful day!

I lift my heart as spring lifts up
A yellow daisy to the rain;
My heart will be a lovely cup
Altho' it holds but pain.
For I shall learn from flower and leaf
That color every drop they hold,
To change the lifeless wine of grief
To living gold.
From "Alchemy" by Sara Teasdale
Job 23:10-12 "But He knows the way that I take; when he has tested me, I will come forth as gold. My feet have closely followed His steps; I have kept to His way without turning aside. I have not departed from the commands of his lips; I have tresured the words of His mouth more than my daily bread."
Kiaya, our almost 3-year-old granddaughter, as she woke from a nap Thursday afternoon noticed a bee buzzing at the bedroom window. She told me all about it at super. It gave me the opportunity to talk to her about God and all He has created for us to enjoy. It makes me anxious for spring as we go outside every day at lunch and look at flowers, trees, birds, ants and bees. I enjoy seeing God in everyday life.
I took the pictures but God made them worth looking at.
You know, as soon as I posted this, I knew I was gonna regret it.
Right now its 16°F with a wind chill of -2°F.
But at least it's sunny!!
